Choir Club

Reading Time: < 1 minute

For people who like to sing but can’t fit choir into their schedule, a choir club is offered during lunch. Club members can be apart the Venice High Allegros. While in choir, students learn how to audition and perform at a colligiate level that prepares students for a career in music. If students choose, they can come in at lunchtime for further practice with peers and the choral teacher Ms.Wendy Sarnoff. The choir performs at assemblies and other school activities.

If you want to pursue music and explore what your voice can do, then choir is for you. Club members also have the opportunity to earn community service hours by performing at events for the community.

“Students don’t show up if something isn’t worth their time. So just the fact that students take their own lunchtime theres substance that inspires them.” said Choral Director Wendy Sarnoff.
