Delectable Brownies to Enjoy on St. Patty’s Day

If you’re looking for a fun tasty treat to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, make sure to check out this easy-to-follow brownie recipe covered in green sprinkles! Directions can also be found on My Baking Addiction‘s website. As listed on the website, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 cup of butter (2 sticks)
- 4 squares of baking chocolate
- 2 tsp. of instant coffee
- 1 tbsp. of chocolate liquer
- 2 tsp. of hot water
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of cocoa
- 2 cups of brown sugar
- green sprinkles
The first step is to grease two large mini-muffin tins with butter. Next, preheat the oven to 350F. Then, melt the butter and chocolate together over a double boiler. As the mixture is melting, dissolve the coffee into hot water and add it to the mixture, along with the chocolate liqueur. Once the mixture is melted, stir in the brown sugar and let it sit.
After that, in a large bowl, sift together cocoa and flour. Once the chocolate mixture is lukewarm, add in the eggs one at a time, stirring it until the mixture is glossy. Then, pour the mixture into the flour and cocoa and stir until it’s well combined. Finally, using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture into the greased mini-muffin tins. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes until the center is somewhat set. Add the sprinkles and let them cool slightly before removing the pan, then enjoy!
