Early Tuesdays have been changed this year to a dismissal time of 2:00 p.m. instead of 1:34 p.m.

Every class except second period is around 40 minutes long and it is now first and second periods, then nutrition instead of first, second, third, nutrition. Fifth period is also after lunch instead of before like the previous years.

“The early Tuesdays are lit. I like them way more this year than last year,” said senior Jesse De Luis.

“It’s alright, I don’t see a difference,” said junior Benny Pacheco.

On the other hand, some do not like the early Tuesdays.

“I don’t get to study as long on Tuesdays anymore since the dismissal time is thirty minutes later,” said junior Cameron Serano. “Plus there’s more traffic at two and I get home later.”

“I like them because in the past you didn’t know when an early Tuesday would be, but now they’re consistent and I have more time to work with my colleagues,” said teacher Mokonen Tesfom.

At the end of last semester, teachers voted for a change in the schedule.
