Tips and Tricks to be Motivated

School can be really stressful and most students have gotten used to doing anything to get a good report card. Jocelyn, a senior said, “I don’t think I’m ever motivated. I follow routines and just do it.” You have to follow the same pattern every day to get where you want. The whole process might be a struggle but it must be done. Besides having a goal, motivation is the thing that keeps a person going, but it’s also something a person can lack. There are many ways to be motivated, such as:

When someone can motivate themselves, it shows their mental strength. Being able to keep yourself up, when everything around you is falling apart can be a real challenge. There’s just all these emotions that you have and they can be difficult to control. Having a passion and goals is very important because those are your motivations. Goals are the things that make you want to get out of bed and start your day.
“Take breaks from your passions but dedicate your full time when you can. If you aren’t motivated don’t be down about it because you will eventually find something.” says Rhemus Payton, a senior at Venice. Make sure that you are mentally healthy so you feel like everyday is a good day.
Motivation is very important to have because it is a way to keep going without any excuses. When you have motivation, you give good energy to those around you and learn to not give up when you get stuck. Without it, you just don’t have a reason to be the best version of yourself. Everyone has great potential and it takes hustle, time and determination to bring the best out of a person. When you work hard, give a lot of time and have the determination to do something, you have the motivation to keep it up.
Keeping habits is useful, but inner motivation is the most sure-fire of being the best possible person you can be. With the right mindset, you can do anything!

Motivation is a powerful, yet tricky beast. Sometimes it is really easy to get motivated, and you find yourself wrapped up in a whirlwind of excitement. Other times, it is nearly impossible to figure out how to motivate yourself and you’re trapped in a death spiral of procrastination. In the work goal context the psychological factors stimulating the people’s behaviour can be – desire for money, success. I couldn’t start motivating myself for a long time. I just procrastinated over things in my life. Consequently, I ruined many of my school days and then I screwed with my job. Thanks to the internet where I found many tips that helped me motivate myself and finally do things I wanted and I had to do.
