Valentines Day Fundraisers That Will Fill Your Heart
Reading Time: 2 minutes

With Valentine’s day being only a couple days away, some Venice clubs have taken the opportunity to host fundraisers. If you’re looking to buy someone a gift, but don’t know where to start, this guide covers all the information you’ll need.

Class of 2025, Valentines Gram

As always, there’s the option of the classic Valentines Gram, this year being sold by the Class of 2025. They offer the choice of a teddy bear and/or Hershey’s kisses, all including a custom note. The prices are $3 for one item and $5 for both, you can purchase them via the google form in Schoology or in person tomorrow. You can choose for the grams to be delivered to the recipient during class, or you can pick them up from Wednesday-Friday in front of the Cafeteria and hand deliver them. You can never go wrong with a candy gram, it’s the perfect classic Valentines Day gift.

Marching Band, Saxy Gram

The school marching band is fundraising by offering Saxy Grams, a unique twist on the classic candy gram. For $10, previously $7, the band will deliver a short performance, a bag of candy, and a custom message to your recipient during one of their classes on Friday. You get to choose one of 10 pre-selected songs to be played, such as Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up” or “You Belong with Me” by Taylor Swift. A Saxygram is a great gift if you’re looking for a big gesture.

FFA, Flowers

If you want something simpler, Future Farmers of America will be selling flowers on the quad on Wednesday and Friday during nutrition and lunch. Flowers are another Valentine’s Day Staple, and they’re also the cheapest option if you wanna save some money. Flower prices range from $1 for a single carnation to $25 for a full vase.

Class of 2026, Strawberries and Cake Pops

The Class of 2026 will be selling chocolate covered strawberries and cake pops in the quad at lunch from Wednesday to Friday. They’re available for preorder via the link in Schoology or the QR code on the flyers around campus. You can buy these as a gift for a friend or to treat yourself to something special this Valentine’s Day.

Spread the love this Valentine’s Day and support school activities by buying these treats.
