I don’t think I’m the first to say how delicious and comforting Mac n Cheese is, especially when it’s baked and homemade. Please enjoy this delicious recipe that will be sure to impress your family and friends!


  • 1 box of elbow macaroni
  • 1 ½ cup of cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of American cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1-2 cups of milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • (optional) 2 tbsp of garlic butter


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add the package of macaroni. Stir every few minutes until macaroni is cooked (about 10 min.) Drain the water. Add the Mozzarella, Cheddar, 1 cup of American cheese and 1 cup of milk or more if the consistency is too thick and stir. Add butter, garlic butter, flour, salt and pepper, stir until fully incorporated. Transfer mixture into greased baking pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle ½ cup of cheddar cheese on the top and place into oven for about 20 min. When the cheese is golden and bubbly on top, it’s ready. Serve and enjoy!
